Sugar Play Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Sugar Play regarding your access to the website, account services, games, sports markets, promotions, payment functions, and related features. “You” refers to the registered player or website visitor. 8. Game, casino, sports, and betting rules

A bet becomes valid only when accepted and recorded by Sugar Play. A bet shown as pending has not necessarily been accepted. You should check your account history after submitting a wager. Once accepted, a bet cannot normally be changed or cancelled at the player's request.

An obvious error may include a materially incorrect price, payout, jackpot display, game configuration, or market offered after its outcome was already known. Sugar Play may void or resettle wagers affected by a manifest error to reflect the correct terms that should reasonably have applied.

9. Prohibited conduct

You must use Sugar Play honestly and only for lawful personal entertainment. The following activities are prohibited:

• collusion, chip dumping, account sharing, coordinated betting, or manipulation of another player;

10. Responsible gaming
